Communication Activities: In November 2023 we organised Debate on Equality: listening, collaboration and building strong partnerships on the occasion of the visit of the Vice-President of the European Parliament, Marco Angelo, and the European Commissioner for Equality, Helena Dalli, to Slovenia on Wednesday.
120 participants took part in the debate. The meeting aimed at exchanging views, gaining knowledge and promoting dialogue on key issues related to gender equality.
In order to achieve our goals, we carry out many activities, the key of which is the editing and maintenance of the www.onave.si platform, where the contact information of female experts is collected.
The number of experts enrolled is constantly increasing: 194 in 2021, 330 in 2022, and more than 500 today.
The platform is intended for a network of female experts. All interested who are ready to cooperate with the media and event organizers can register. The network enables information seekers to find a relevant expert through a special contact form and establish direct contact with her. Registration on the network as well as searching on it are free.
In addition, we organize free meetings and trainings to improve communication competences and encourage the exchange of professional experience and opinions between members of the network and beyond.

Info Members: In March 2023, in cooperation with the German and Swedish embassies and the Representation of the European Commission in Slovenia, we organized the event "Successful women and their representation in the media" in Cankarjev dom in Ljubljana, and hosted more than 200 participants.
We are very active on social networks and, in addition to Facebook (3,400 followers) and LinkedIn (3,900 followers), we have also been present on Instagram since October.
In the first year, the association gained in importance - both due to regular activities and due to the parliamentary, presidential and local elections, which we followed and commented on from the point of view of women's success.
