Goals: Wanda is a circular logistics start-up established in Oslo, Norway in the fall of 2020. We are experts on managing used things that already exist, providing logistics solutions like home delivery and pickup, and services which make it easy to take better care of and improve the utilization of our things. Together with platform partners we provide easy access to maintenance, repair, sharing, and selling services that help extend the lifespan of products. Traditional retailers and logistics providers are focused on optimizing the process from purchase to home delivery. The logistics processes are highly standardized based on structured data where the final distribution is known as the last mile. For Wanda the logistics process starts in the customer's home - the last mile is our first mile, and the data of the item to be managed needs to be captured & organized and a full set of logistics processes and technology for all the parties enables a circular economy to be developed.
