Main EU Legislative Proposals: We hope to engage with EU co-legislators about the ongoing discussions on Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), Rules on Food contact materials for packaging, Eco-design for sustainable products, Circular economy and waste legislation.
Communication Activities: Waddington Europe works mainly through trade associations such as 360 Food service, European Paper Packaging Alliance (EPPA), and European Bioplastics (EUBP). As a part of these trade association platforms, we are in regular dialogue with EU commission co-legislators to discuss these regulatory proposals.
