Goals: DIOGENES goes out into the living areas of homeless people with authenticity, respect and non-judgement, to meet them and recognise them as individuals. We offer them comprehensive, tailor-made support to promote their social inclusion, access to rights and the rebuilding of links. We direct them to the relevant services and support them throughout their journey. We take action in society to strengthen social cohesion, empower individuals, defend the interests of homeless people and propose changes to public policy, institutional arrangements and practices.
