Mission & Interests

Goals: Objective Members of VvKR are small-scale travel organizations and specialists in the type of trips they offer. The VvKR is the association in the Netherlands who represent now adays more than 400 travel specialists (tour operators). All members offer a form of travel guarantee, are fully insured for their business liability and the association offers their members a mediation protocol in case there is a complaint. Active association VvKR is therefore an active association of and by its members. In the more than 10 years that VvKR has existed, the VvKR has grown rapidly and thus very clearly meets the needs in the market. Sustainability The association VvKR plays an important role in self regulations in respect of sustainable travel. Therefore we prepared our own “handbook” sustainable travel for our members and we are now preparing our code of conduct in respect of more sustainable travel. Sustainable travel is for our members the standard.
