Mission & Interests
Goals: Valore D è la più grande associazione no-profit di aziende in Italia che dal 2009 si occupa di diversità e inclusione nel mondo del lavoro, con l'obiettivo di contribuire a realizzare un paese più inclusivo.
Le attività dell'Associazione spaziano dalla formazione sulla D&I erogata alle aziende associate, l'attività del centro studi che si occupa di fornire strumenti di analisi del contesto sociale e di misurazione ( Inclusion Impact Index Plus), alla realizzazione di campagne di promozione di rilevanza sociale, ( no- Pay gap, ValoreD4STEM) alla messa a punto di progetti sociali per sviluppare l'empowerment femminile ( In the Boardroom, Inspiring Girls, Walter) e al costante e proficuo dialogo con le istituzioni. Recentemente l'organizzazione ha realizzato uno studio sull'empowerment femminile sull'obiettivo trasversale del PNRR e le sue missioni,
