Goals: promuove analisi, ricerche e progetti per rafforzare la tutela sociale e giuridica dei bambini e delle bambine coinvolti nei conflitti armati; prevede attività volte ad aumentare la consapevolezza del fenomeno dilagante delle conseguenze per i bambini coinvolti nei conflitti armati; sviluppa iniziative condivise di sensibilizzazione ed esperienze di lavoro congiunte, con un approccio multilivello e in collaborazione con diverse istituzioni e organizzazioni internazionali coinvolte nella promozione e difesa dei diritti dei bambini che vivono in zone di conflitto; organizza corsi di formazione, corsi avanzati e programmi di specializzazione per studenti, ricercatori e professionisti; elabora materiali di approfondimento, analisi tematiche e documenti di aggiornamento; pubblica rapporti periodici e collane di manuali come strumenti di divulgazione e studio.
