Mondiale vraagstukken zijn complex: ze beperken zich niet tot generaties of werelddelen en kunnen niet opgelost worden vanuit één perspectief. Main EU Legislative Proposals: Alle relevante EU-initiatieven op het gebied van onderzoek, innovatie en onderwijs zoals: Horizon EU; EU Higher Education Policy; European Research Area; EU Research Policy; better regulation; European Cloud Initiative; Innovation Union; Digital Single Market Strategy, etc.
Communication Activities: De Universiteit Utrecht organiseert met enige regelmaat evenementen in Brussel om het Europees beleid en het onderwijs en onderzoek dat in Utrecht gedaan wordt bij elkaar te brengen. Ook worden er zo nu en dan door onderzoekers van de Universiteit Utrecht conferenties (mede)georganiseerd rondom door de Europese Unie gefinancierde onderzoeksprogramma’s/projecten.
