Goals: The Holomedicine® Association AISBL, is the first global association for holomedicine®, created to illustrate the innovation in the field of digital health and to help shape the debate around the digital transformation. It consists of individual experts from medicine, science, technology, and policy. We work to build new methods for delivering mixed reality technologies in medicine and surgery, ensuring they have maximum clinical impact. The foundation of an association for holomedicine® illustrates the breadth of innovative companies in this field and help shape the debate around the digital transformation of healthcare. It raises awareness of how this still young technology could be used, and it will demonstrate the life-changing impact of holographic-based applications to patients. By working with medical experts and politicians, the Association works to establish an appropriate framework for holographic applications and their integration into the field of digital health.
