Info Members: The Danish Chamber of Commerce office employs what is equivalent to 9 full-time employees per year. On a daily basis, the office is staffed by 1) a full-time manager, who is running the office 2) two European affairs consultants 3) two stagiaires, who are employed for 5 months, and 4) a posted worker, who is seconded for 3 months. Over the year, some colleagues are seconded to the office from Copenhagen with the purpose of acquiring knowledge and understanding of the European Union’s legislative process. In order not to disturb the MEPs, their assistants, and the administrators unnecessarily, we provide the posted worker with an access badge. Moreover, several colleagues spend time on EU affairs and from time to time attend meetings in Brussels (around 4-6 times per year), wherefore it is convenient for them to hold accreditation for the European Parliament.
