Activities

Main EU Legislative Proposals: Anything that affects telecommunications regulation - right now the only active legislative proposal being followed is the Gigabit Infrastructure Act (2023/0046 (COD)) but others as they arise. For mobile roaming I will follow updates to Regulation (EU) 2017/920 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2017 amending Regulation (EU) No 531/2012 as regards rules for wholesale roaming markets. I follow the implementation of the EECC - Directive (EU) 2018/1972 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2018 establishing the European Electronic Communications Code (Recast)Text with EEA relevance.
