Main EU Legislative Proposals: - At the European Parliament, we are working on the EU's bilateral interparliamentary relations with the various institution. 1. Digital transformation We want to help implement policies to accelerate Europe's digital transformation, including: The Digital Services Act (DSA) and the Digital Markets Act (DMA), aimed at regulating major online platforms and promoting competition. The Digital Europe Programme, funding projects in areas such as artificial intelligence, cyber security and digital skills. 2. Foreign and security policy On the European Union's international cooperation policies, in particular the European Parliament, we want to continue to play a role in the strategic direction of the European Union and our organisation: -Working with members from the Arabian Peninsula and the Mashreq countries - Contributing to discussions on military and humanitarian support for Ukraine. - The ‘Global Gateway’ strategy. 3. Strengthening the rule of law We are working to ensure the EU's efforts to protect the rule of law in its Member States, in particular through : - The annual report on the rule of law, assessing the situation in each Member State and identifying areas for improvement. - The conditionality mechanism, which allows EU funding to be suspended for countries that violate the principles of the rule of law. - Regular dialogue with national governments, NGOs and other stakeholders to promote reforms. 4. Dialogue and cooperation with civil society We remain attentive to strengthening the dialogue between the European Union and civil society, in particular through : - Financial support for NGOs and civil society organisations, in particular through the ‘Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values’ programme. - Public consultations on various policies, enabling citizens and civil society groups to contribute to the decision-making process. - Partnership with international organisations to promote human rights and democracy worldwide.
Communication Activities: For the moment, our communication strategy is focused on participation in events supported by the European Union. We are also organising events in partnership with the European institutions. Since the beginning of 2024, we have scheduled two major events the first is the High-Level Summit on the Jobs and Technologies of the Future ( https://www.europacooperation.eu/international-summits/sommet-de-haut-niveau/ ) organised at the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels The second is the Universal Women's Leadership Forum ( https://www.europacooperation.eu/international-summits/forum-universel-du-leadership-feminin/ ) organised at the European Parliament in Strasbourg. We also co-organised the International Youth Forum for Peace ( https://www.europacooperation.eu/international-summits/forum-international-des-jeunes-paix/ ) at the town hall in the 16th arrondissement of Paris (this project was subsidised by the European Union). This grant was requested by the co-organiser of the event, the European Civic Service. We would like to make it clear that our communications model is evolving. Depending on the resources available to us, we may develop this communication through communication campaigns or studies carried out by experts and surveys on a large scale.

Financial Data

New Organisation: true
Current Year: [object Object]
