Goals: The Swedish Property Federation is the voice of property in Sweden. With 4 local property associations as members who in turn have approx 15 000 members owning commercial property and/or residential buildings. Members owning residential buildings include public and private landlords or tenant-owner's association. Our aim is a sustainable society. We work with topics that affect the property industry's prerequisites, above all we focus on three areas . - A well functioning real estate & housing market - Urban development and regional growth - Sustainability
