Main EU Legislative Proposals: Justice and fundamental rights: - Upholding the rule of law - EU Charter of fundamental rights - civil justice - criminal justice - digitalisation of justice

Communication Activities: We have had and continue to have meetings with EU officials, concerning the rule of law crisis in Poland, including the Commissioners Didier Reynders and Vera Jourova, the LIBE Commission of the European parliament. We also cooperate with the Commission representation in Poland in the fields listed above, especially by organising trainings for judges on the European values.

Complementary Information: IUSTITIA has about 3600 members who pay the member's fees we've described as contributions above. Each member pays the equivalent of 4 euro per month, which, together with the grant we received from the Norway Funds, amounts to the sum listed above. Therefore we have no contributors of amounts above 10.000 euros that we could list in the previous sections. Our budget consists mainly of collections from our members as described.
