Main EU Legislative Proposals: Start Network is a network of humanitarian actors working to enable system change in the humanitarian sector by addressing fundamental issues such as slow and reactive funding , centralised decision making and resistance to change and catalytic innovation. Due to our mission and expertise we are being invited by the Belgium presidency in 2024 to present in COHAFA. In this meeting we will cover the topics or flexible humanitarian funds, excellence in being an intermediary and best practices when it comes to localisation.
