Mission & Interests

Goals: Standing Together is the largest grassroots Jewish-Arab movement in Israel. It works to bring together Jews and Arabs around an alternative vision for Israeli society grounded in the principles of peace, equality, social and climate justice. We advance a holistic worldview that identifies the interrelation between the ongoing occupation of Palestinian territories, the growing systemic discrimination within Israeli society, the threat of climate change, and attacks by the government on democratic freedoms and on Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel. With over 4300 monthly sustaining members, tens of thousands of supporters, and millions reached online, Standing Together has situated itself as a leading movement within shared society in Israel, advocating for a Jewish-Arab partnership that extends far beyond coexistence, creating a new discourse about justice, equality, peace and ending the occupation.
