These include the Digital Markets Act, the Digital Services Act, the Artificial Intelligence Act, the Data Act, the Digital Operational Resilience Act, the General Data Protection Regulation, measures relating to educational technology, and cybersecurity measures. SIIA also has interest in various matters subject to US-EU diplomacy and negotiation, including those covered by the Trade & Technology Council and the Data Privacy Framework.
Communication Activities: SIIA will engage in government affairs and public affairs activities related to the EU policies above.
