Mission & Interests
Goals: Seldia's role is to represent all forms of direct selling in Europe, and to foster an environment allowing all responsible direct selling company to develop and grow. We do so taking into account the diversity of consumer protection regulation and social legislation across European countries.
These objectives are achieved by:
• collecting, monitoring and disseminating to our members all relevant information on developments at EU level likely to impact the direct selling sector;
• collecting and disseminating news and statistics and promoting the awareness of direct selling with EU stakeholders;
• representing the interests of our members with relevant stakeholders and EU institutions;
• coordinating and supporting the advocacy activities of members on EU issues at national level;
• promoting European codes of conduct for direct selling, and revising those codes when needed.
