Communication Activities: In 2021, the Ladies Forum created a working group to develop a strategy and action plan for the Women on Boards initiative. The goal was to create a discussion platform that would discuss the necessary steps and actions that should be taken so that women in Bulgaria have equal opportunities with men to participate in the management of large companies and to start a discussion about the opportunities of women leaders and their rights to equal access to the management units of companies and organizations and, last but not least, to equal pay and remuneration for their work. As a result, on April 5, 2022, the first of a series of planned events on the topic - the international conference "Women on Boards" was held. On May 11, 2023, the Forum organized a conference under the motto "The Power of Diversity", which was opened by the Vice President of Bulgaria, Mrs. Iliana Yotova.
