Main EU Legislative Proposals: The deployment of hydrogen and fuel cell technologies supports the deployment of low carbon energy and transport technologies, reducing the threat of damaging climate change. SHFCA follows policies on environment, energy, and transport. SHFCA also has a focus on safety, wellbeing, and achieving a Just Transition to a low carbon economy.
Communication Activities: SHFCA holds regular member events. These are mostly open to non-members and are typically free to attend. SHFCA supports wider communications about the benefits of hydrogen and fuel cells at industry conferences and technical seminars, as well as public events.

This contribution is estimated as one sixth of the overall BIG HIT grant to SHFCA over the six years of the BIG HIT project from 1st May 2016 to 30th April 2022.
