Activities
Main EU Legislative Proposals: Simplification of AIFM and AIF regime - example the implementation in RO of EU regulations make it difficult to establish EUVEC funds in RO and an alignment with EU level would simplify it, incentives for AIF LPs such as the interest of Pension Funds to invest in VC & PE players on the market which are currently disregarded by the local Financial Supervision Authority blocking the implementation of EU Regulation on the matter , facilities for the adoption of the future proof solution brought by young companies that can provide exponential growth such as Enterprise SaaS solutions which usually are not accepted in European projects at the expense of CAPEX in hardware and on premise solutions which are not viable on medium and long term in the current dynamic environment..
