Mission & Interests

Goals: RÚZ vznikla 30. marca 2004 v Bratislave so základným cieľom chrániť spoločné zamestnávateľské záujmy svojich členov, ich podnikateľské práva a slobody a ochraňovať ich pred opatreniami vedúcimi k zhoršovaniu rovnoprávneho trhového podnikateľského prostredia. Svoju činnosť vykonáva na princípoch dobrovoľnosti, slobody názoru a prejavu a slobody politickej príslušnosti. V záujme splnenia základného cieľa RÚZ analyzuje a vyhodnocuje legislatívne podmienky podnikania s dôrazom na praktické poznatky svojich členov, koordinuje ich postup, pričom medzi jej hlavné úlohy patrí aj aktívna účasť na tvorbe a realizácii hospodárskej a sociálnej politiky štátu či príprave a tvorbe právnych predpisov, týkajúcich sa dôležitých spoločných záujmov zamestnávateľov, a to najmä v oblasti pracovnoprávnej, sociálnej, daňovej a mzdovej. Spolupracuje so štátnymi orgánmi a orgánmi územnej samosprávy, s reprezentatívnymi združeniami odborových zväzov, s obchodnými a priemyselnými komorami.
