Main EU Legislative Proposals: All files relating to the EU Digital Single Market and more generally any public policy at the French and European levels dealing with the digital transformation of society, and more specifically: the Digital Services Act and Digital Markets Act; the Data Governance Act; the AI Act; CSAM Regulation; the regulation of online platforms and content (misinformation, fight against illegal speech, hate speech, copyright, etc.); the regulation and governance of data (RGPD, e-Privacy, e-Health, cybersecurity, etc.); Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its various applications and uses (facial recognition technologies, e-Health, etc.), in particular generative AI; virtual worlds and the "metaverse", democracy and European digital citizenship; the protection of children online; digital sovereignty.

Communication Activities: - Contribution to online public consultations; - Organisation of and participation in various meetings and events gathering a wide range of stakeholders (civil society, industry representatives, academic experts, regulatory and competition authorities, national and European decision makers) in order to foster dialogue on key issues and contribute to the public debate; - Publication of reports and papers on topics related to the digital transformation of society and the EU Digital Single Market (e-Health, fighting illegal hate speech online, platforms regulation, misinformation, AI, facial recognition, the data economy, the governance of the Internet, virtual worlds and the metaverse, etc.); - Dissemination of recommendations aimed at helping decision makers, competent authorities, businesses and society at large build an inclusive e-society.
