Goals: REDRESS is an international non-governmental organisation based in London and the Hague with a charitable purpose to promote the rehabilitation and protection of victims of torture and to assist them in gaining redress for their suffering. REDRESS has extensive experience of working to prevent the use of torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment (“other ill-treatment”) and upholding the right of victims of torture and other ill-treatment to an effective remedy and full and adequate reparation, including access to justice, around the world.
