The purpose of Portland's work is to support clients in their interactions with the EU institutions and in compliance with EU Transparency Register rules.
The percentage of time spent in areas covered by the Register are based on a periodic assessment of each Consultant's activities & the clients they work for. Most of our consultants work 50-75% on the activities described under heading 9. A small group offer only limited support of activities covered by heading 9, averaging at 25% of working time.
