Main EU Legislative Proposals: The Polish Confederation Lewiatan's experts specialize in various fields and actively contribute to shaping business-friendly policies both nationally and within the EU. They possess deep knowledge in areas such as the digital economy, including e-commerce, cybersecurity, and telecommunications; taxes and financial markets; labor law and social security; public procurement; health protection; pharmacy; and food regulations. Furthermore, our expertise encompasses energy, environmental protection, and climate policies. We offer our members holistic support across diverse sectors. Our representatives are members, among others, of the Supervisory Board of ZUS [Social Insurance Institution], the Social Dialogue Council, Monitoring Committees, the Labor Market Council, the Labor Protection Council, BusinessEurope, the International Labour Organisation, the European Economic and Social Committee.

Communication Activities: Lewiatan is a communication leader in Poland. The media cites us dozens of times a day; we publish over 60 expert texts every year and send over 300 press releases. Our social media is followed by decision-makers, journalists, and commentators. Lewiatan organizes the European Forum of New Ideas (EFNI) in Sopot every year. This is an event that attracts policymakers, economists, representatives of civil society, and the media. It is one of the region's most important events dedicated to the EU.
