Main EU Legislative Proposals: -Normativa ferroviaria europea (especialmente las Technical Specifications of Interoperability). -Iniciativas europeas de innovación, especialmente aquellas relacionadas con el sector ferroviario (H2020, Shift2Rail, EU Rail). -Estrategias ferroviarias a nivel europeo dictadas fundamentalmente por la Comisión Europea (White Paper on Transport, Strategic Railway Research and Innovation Agenda...) -El Cuarto Paquete Ferroviario.

Communication Activities: -Proyectos de sostenibilidad y eficiencia energética dentro de la iniciativa EU Rail que sustituye al anterior programa Shift2Rail. -Proyectos dentro de la iniciativa del Shift2Rail en los que Talgo participa, lo cuales se encuentran enmarcados en los pilares de Material Rodante Ferroviario y Actividades Transversales. -Participación en grupos normativos de la Asociación Ferroviaria de la Industria Ferroviaria Europea (UNIFE) y CEN/CENELEC. -Participación en European Railway Research Advisory Council (ERRAC).
