Goals: Zweck des Vereins ist es, vor allem Nicht-Regierungsorganisationen (NROs) überwiegend in Entwicklungs- und Schwellenländer bei der Förderung des Verständnisses für verantwortliches und transparentes Regierungsverhaltens, insbesondere Kampf gegen die Korruption in ihren Ländern behilflich zu sein, und zwar u.a. durch (a) Förderung der internationalen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit, (b) Förderung von Erziehung, Volks- und Berufsbildung, (c) Förderung von Kriminalprävention.

Main EU Legislative Proposals: PTF Europe hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, bei ausgewählten Stakeholdern das Bewußtsein bzgl. Korruptionsrisiken in der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit / humanitären Hilfe zu erhöhen. Dies macht PTF Europe durch die Teilnahme an Treffen, Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen, sofern PTF Europe eingeladen wird. Im Jahr 2023 hat sich der Verein nicht mit EU-Vertretern persönlich getroffen.
