Main EU Legislative Proposals: ORRAA’s work aims to contribute to the delivery of the United Nations Sustainable Devlopment Goals (SDGs) – an essential framework to guide lasting, positive change. ORRAA projects support, amongst others, the following SDGs: Zero Hunger, Gender Equality, Decent Work & Economic Growth, Sustainable Cities and Communities, Climate Action, Life Below Water, Life On Land. ORRAA’s projects will also contribute to the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development, by increasing knowledge and awareness around emerging ocean-derived risks, and deepening discussions at the science-policy-practice interface on how to enhance ocean resilience in the 21st century.
