Goals: NATCOL is The Natural Food Colours Association that represents the international interests of companies and associations involved in natural food colours and/or colouring foods mainly for the food and drink industry. NATCOL is an international non-profit organisation founded in 1979 in Basle, Switzerland. It is a global organisation based in Europe, but with members as well as in Japan, India, North and South America. NATCOL is the go to association for the use of natural colours and colouring foods in food/drink, feed, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products. NATCOL provides sound scientific evidence on Natural Colours and Colouring Foods to preserve customers and consumers’ choice.
