Complementary Information: Thank you for your inquiry regarding our annual cost estimates as declared under heading 14 of the Register. We recognize your concerns about the low figures presented and welcome this opportunity to provide additional context and clarification. Our organization uniquely operates on a remote basis, which significantly influences our cost structure. The remote operational model eliminates the need for physical office space, thereby substantially reducing overhead expenses like rent, utilities, and office maintenance. Key points of our cost structure include: Staff Costs: We rely on a dedicated team of volunteers who generously contribute their time and skills. This model greatly reduces our staffing expenses, as these individuals are not compensated financially. Office Costs: The remote nature of our organization means we incur minimal office-related expenses. This is a significant factor in our almost eliminated cost estimates. Representation Costs, Events, and Publications: Most of our events and meetings are conducted virtually, which significantly lowers the costs typically associated with physical events. Publications are digital using social media free applications, almost eliminating printing and distribution expenses. Travel and Membership Fees: Given our remote operation, travel expenses are infrequent and covered personally by members participating in these activities. Moreover, our board members and directors play a crucial role in supporting the organization, often covering certain operational costs personally. This further contributes to the low overall expenses reflected in our financial statements. We have thoroughly reviewed the Guidelines, specifically heading 14 a), to ensure our financial reporting aligns with recommended practices. We believe that our declaration accurately represents our financial situation, considering our unique remote operation model.
