Main EU Legislative Proposals: An exchange of views on Libya: human rights situation and freedom of expression. The Maghreb Delegation (DMAG) takes place on 7 February from 16.30 – 18.00 in Strasbourg. Engagement from EU institutions toward Libya in the framework of neighboring policies. Highlight restrictions on freedoms of expression in Libya.
Communication Activities: The organization publishes regular reports on restrictions on freedom of expression and organizes events in Tunisia, Brussels, and Geneva in collaboration with CIHRS. The organization also intends to intervene in its advocacy efforts toward EU institutions to pressure Libyan authorities to respect freedom of expression more. An exchange of views on Libya: human rights situation and freedom of expression.
