Goals: LACA is a voluntary umbrella committee bringing together independent experts and 22 UK major library and archive associations, groups and institutions to advocate for a fair and balanced copyright regime. LACA's focus is primarily the UK, but it also lobbies from time to time within Europe on relevant matters, mainly by responding to appropriate consultations or writing to Commissioners, civil servants or MEPs.
