Goals: Confederation of Trade Unions of Albania has as a main object and mission the compilation, leading, organizing and protection of trade union movement policies in the country, especially in the area of work relations, wages, pensions, protection from unfair dismissal from work, continuous improvements of working conditions and living, security including social, economical and cultural requests and needs of trade unionists, employees, unemployed persons, retired persons, women, young people, invalids etc.
KSSH is a democratic trade union organization, independent from the government, the political parties, and the religious groups, the public or private employers and from various non-governmental associations and organizations.
KSSH in all its activities and work is guided by the free will of its members expressed through its statutory decision-making bodies which are the Congress, the General Assembly, the Executive Presidency, the President and KSSH bodies at territorial level.
