Goals: The International Lithium Association (ILiA) was established in in 2021 to be the international non-profit trade association composed of producers, refiners, users, recyclers, and other stakeholders involved with the lithium industry. We promote the sustainable and responsible production and use of lithium.
The International Lithium Association (ILiA) is a focal point for discussion and action on important regional and global issues affecting the lithium industry, promoting the industry worldwide, and providing authority, leadership and voice.
The International Lithium Association (ILiA) also promotes co-operation between all stakeholders and provides a mechanism for the development and dissemination of independent information concerning the resources, production and uses of lithium.
