Mission & Interests

Goals: Η Ηomo Digitalis είναι η πρώτη ελληνική Αστική μη Κερδοσκοπική Εταιρεία με σκοπό την υπεράσπιση και προώθηση των Δικαιωμάτων του Ανθρώπου στην ψηφιακή εποχή με έτος ίδρυσης το 2018. Είναι παρούσα για να αγωνιστεί και να διασφαλίσει τα δικαιώματα και τις ελευθερίες του ανθρώπου στον ψηφιακό κόσμο, όταν αυτά αμφισβητούνται ή κινδυνεύουν από ενέργειες δημοσίων οργάνων, ιδιωτών ή ιδιωτικών οργανισμών. Αποτελούμε το μόνο πλήρες μέλος της EDRi στην Ελλάδα. Δουλεύουμε για να βοηθήσουμε τους νομοθέτες να κατανοήσουν ζητήματα που σχετίζονται με τα Δικαιώματα του Ανθρώπου στην σύγχρονη ψηφιακή εποχή. Παράλληλα, ευαισθητοποιούμε το κοινό, οργανώνοντας δημόσιες εκστρατείες, συμμετέχοντας σε εκπαιδευτικές δράσεις και δημοσιεύοντας ενημερωτικό υλικό. Τέλος, όταν εντοπίζουμε παραβιάσεις του νομικού πλαισίου προστασίας Δικαιωμάτων του Ανθρώπου, οργανώνουμε στρατηγικές νομικές δράσεις ενώπιον των αρμοδίων εποπτικών και δικαστικών αρχών σε εθνικό και ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο.
