Activities

Main EU Legislative Proposals: Se han realizado trabajos relacionados con la tramitación del European Electronic Communications Code, la tramitación de la Ley de Servicios Digitales (DSA) y la ley del Mercado Digital (DMA). Adicionalmente, participamos en la tramitación de la nueva normativa de roaming así como del desarrollo de las Guidelines de Roaming mayorista y minorista. Asimismo, junto con los equipos internos, hemos desarrollado trabajos en el marco de ciberseguridad y protección de datos, especialmente con el desarrollo de la normativa NIS II. Indirectamente, también hemos participado en la tramitación de normativa en materia de telecomunicaciones como asociados de ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association).
