Goals: One of the main tasks of the The German Renewable Energy Federation (BEE) is the complete conversion of the energy supply to renewable energies within the sectors electricity, heating and mobility. As an umbrella organization the BEE represents the interests of 58 associations and companies. The BEE is committed to improve the legal framework for renewable energies, enforcing its equal opportunities and promoting renewable energies in the areas of public relations, research, development and further education. As a professional association the BEE protects, promotes and represents the professional interests of those working in the field of renewable energies by supporting education and professional training e.g. Our members include the German Wind Energy Association (BWE), the German Solar Association (BSW), the German Biogas Association (FVB) and the Federal Association of German Hydroelectric Power Plants (BDW).
