Activities

Main EU Legislative Proposals: G5+ was launching a study on women's participation in the European institution after the European Elections 2019 in 2020 our work programme includes parity democracy, mainstreaming gender equality, beijing+25 and women and climate change and the gender impact of Covid pandemic in the EU . En 2020 G5+ est partenaire dans un projet du Programme Erasmus portant sur la prévention du harcèlement sexuel dans les entreprises. - Gender Equality Policy: Training and awareness to women's NGO in member states candidates to EU (projet KVinna) - CFoE : Gender Equality and Future of EU En 2021 et 2022 , G5+ participe et fournit des contributions et des Recommandations à la Conférence sur le Futur de l'Europe CFoE, sur les thèmes suivants : Démocratie Paritaire, Economie du Care et Violence contre les femmes. - Dialogue social CES : Etude sur le harcèlement en entreprise dans plusieurs Etats Membres -en 2022 : etude sur la réglementation de UE et Egalité de genre pour un rapport à EIGE ; A policy paper on the lack of gender mainstreaming in the process and the results of the CFoE; 2022-2023: G5+ sera partenaire de plusieurs projets dans les programmes européens Erasmus, Horizon et Chaire Jean Monnet qui sont dédiés à l'égalité de genre. 2023: 3 projects where G5+ is participating, start in February 2023 : EUGENDERING in chaire Jean Monnet , G-EPIC and Pushbacklash in HoRIZON program. Gender Equality policy is at the heart of these 3 actions.

Un Webinar public a été organisé en octobre 2020 autour du rapport sur COVID et Gender Webinars in 2021 in collaboration with Collège de Bruges on Gender Equality with participation of The President Of Greece, A series of planned webinars, bringing together a panel of women, all experts in their areas, to discuss about the need to integrate a gender perspective into the conference process. Webinars with MEP and Academics on "Future Of Europe" Why a gender perspective is needed? A policy paper on the lack of gender mainstreaming in the process and the results of the CFoE (Novembre 2022). EN 2023: Janvier démarrage du projet N°101061687 :PushBackLash du Programme Horizon - Europe. policy briefs et rapports sur les stratégies contre le backlash sur l'égalité de genre. En Fevrier 2023 démarrage du projet number 101095000 HORIZON Europe Research and Innovation ProgramCL2-2022-DEMOCRACY-01.03. Gender5+ est en charge du Work pacKage (WP7) Communication for the G-EPIC:Gender Empowerment through Politics in Classrooms) : Conception et construction par une équipe d'experts en communication rémunérée du site web dédié au projet et gestion de la communication digitale et des évènements du projet en relation avec les partenaires. Complementary Information: Les deux Projets G-EPIC et PUSHBACKLASH en cours portent sur trois années : -Février 2023- fin Janvier 2026 pour G-EPIC: Budget total estimé pour les 3 années = 303.000€ -Janvier 2023-Décembre 2025 pour Pushbacklash: Budget total pour les années = 177.250€ Les montants renseignés pour les frais de fonctionnement sont les sommes estimées dans le budget de 2023 et correspondent environ à la ligne budgétaire Overheads pour l'exercice 2023. Ces montants seront modifiés à la cloture des comptes.

Info Members: Members work as volunteers. Les membres de l'association qui travaillent à temps partiel sur les projets en cours et participent aux activités des projets dans lesquels GENDERFIVE PLUS est partenaire, sont rémunérés selon les disposition du Grant agreement et figurent dans les budgets des projets. Des experts extérieurs ont un contrat avec Gender 5+ dans le cadre du Grant agreement signé avec la Commission européenne, en qualité de travailleurs indépendants "natural persons" et reçoivent une rémunération calculée selon les règles du Grant Agreement et figurent dans le Budget de chaque projet.
