Goals: The Fur Free Alliance exists to end the exploitation and killing of animals for fur. The Alliance is an international coalition that consists of more than 50 animal protection organisations, based in more than 35 countries around the world, working collaboratively to bring about the end of fur farming and fur trapping, using wholly peaceful means. The coalition focuses on three inter-related priority areas vital in the campaign to end the fur trade: political, corporate and consumer.

Communication Activities: On 21 January 2020, the Fur Free Alliance launched a new report at the Parliament on the fur industry's animal welfare scheme WelFur and how it fails to stop the suffering of animals on fur farms, including in-depth criticism of the WelFur protocols by renowned veterinarians such as Professor Emeritus Bo Algers.
Between 22-25 January 2018, the Fur Free Alliance and Eurogroup for Animals organised the Make Fur History exhibition in the Parliament. The exhibition presented facts about the fur trade and the animals trapped, kept and killed for their fur, as well as the fur trade's WelFur program.
On 27 September 2017, the FFA presented an international research report at the Parliament, that revealed a lack of compliance with the EU Textile Labelling Regulation (1007/2011) to alert consumers to the presence of real animal fur in textile products.
On 15 October 2015, together with Eurogroup for Animals the FFA launched a new report revealing that fur farms producing Saga fur, the main Nordic fur auction house and brand, share the considerable animal welfare problems inherent in fur production, that have led to bans on ethical and welfare grounds in several countries.
