Activities
Main EU Legislative Proposals: The UOC's equal-opportunity and inclusive approach to higher education has been designed to ensure that no one is left behind. What's more, our programmes aid students in becoming socially responsible citizens with a global outlook. The University also engages in research that has a social impact and forges alliances with academic and cultural institutions, international agencies and organizations from the voluntary sector.
The United Nations' 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is a central pillar of the UOC's pursuit to position itself as a global university. Accordingly, we are facing the world's greatest challenges head-on by generating knowledge that can be used to help our societies progress.
Therefore, UOC is interested and follows the main EU priorities and policies in European Education, Research and Innovation:
- European Digital Education Content Framework
- Europe’s Digital Education Action Plan (2021-2027)
- Council Recommendation on a European approach to micro-credentials for lifelong learning and employability (2022)

Communication Activities: La UOC participa en xarxes d’àmbit internacional (IAU i J-WEL), europeu (EADTU, EUA i EDEN), regional/iberoamericà (CINDA) i territorial (CRUE).
