Goals: Das Ziel des FRIDA e.V. ist es, standardisierte Schnittstellen zu erarbeiten und diese nicht nur Versichernden, sondern auch Drittanbietern und Kund:innen direkt anzubieten – ähnlich wie dies im Open Banking bzw. im Kontext von PSD2 bereits möglich ist. Gedanke der Initiative FRIDA sollen sicherstellen, dass sich die API-Lösungen als branchenweiter Standard etablieren. Hierdurch werden digitale Ökosysteme unter Einbezug von versicherungsspezifischen Daten und Services skalierbar und effizient.
