Goals: Promotion of the cause of mass atrocities prevention, make bridges between early warning and early actions, building up international and national capacities in translation of the principle of RtoP into practice. Promote the cause of dialogue as an effective tool for prevention of violent conflicts.

Activities
Main EU Legislative Proposals: Promotion of prevention of violent conflicts, contribution to common EU foreign and security policies,pursuit of human rights. We have undertaken the above mentioned activities as members of the EPLO, too, since 2011. We have been in partnership with numerous structures including those in the domain of conflict prevention and mediation of the EC and the EEAS. We have also been in contact with the DROIT of the EP in particular in the context of our study and recommendations for building up EU capabilities to prevent genocide and other mass atrocities.

Communication Activities: We are in ad hoc contacts with the officials of the EEAS and EC who deal with foreign and security policies in particular in the field of mass atrocities prevention and related matters.

Complementary Information: We have not received EU funds last year but we have received several EU funds during the years of our activities in the framework of consortia under title of Words are Stones, DOBT, CHAMPIONs, Preventnet. We are embers of consotria which applied for EU funds and wait for the evaluation of the proposals. The EU funds received by us for each project amounted to several ten thousands euros.
