Goals: FORMA.Azione srl is a provider working at European, national and regional level in vocational training and adult learning, and a consultancy company in the field of HR management and business organization.
It has been founded in 1997 from the synthesis of partners’ long-time experiences in planning, managing and delivering training activities. The Company’s growth has allowed to widen the business and start acting as services company for consultancy, research and support to access public funds. It promotes local, national and European partnerships both with public and private organizations based on mutual trust and subsidiarity principles and strategies, for ensuring concrete results in terms of policy development, employability and innovation.

Activities
Main EU Legislative Proposals: Adult Learning and Education / Social inclusion
1) European Pillar of Social Rights
FORMA.Azione objective is to promote towards the institutions the need for promoting and boosting the participation of adults in education, training and lifelong learning activities.
2) The European Skills Agenda/Upskilling Pathways
FORMA.Azione objectives is to develop partnership and funding initiatives aimed to develop their skills throughout life, especially by making learning more accessible and valued and starting to promote tailored guidance and learning measure, ILA and micro-credentials.
3) Council Resolution on a new European Agenda for Adult Learning
FORMA.Azione works on the following priorities:
by setting as objective the capacity building for the governance of adult learning – with a strong focus on whole-of-government national strategies and stakeholder partnerships
advocating for funds and institutional partnership to emphasise the professional development of adult learning staff, the mobility of both learners and staff, quality assurance and active support to disadvantaged groups
Gender Equality
1) Gender Equality Strategy 2020-2025
FORMA.Azione works for making aware institutions and communities of the need for ending gender-based violence; challenging gender stereotypes; closing gender gaps in the labour market; closing the gender care gap and achieving gender balance in decision-making and in politics.
2) Strategic engagement for gender equality
FORMA.Azione works with the following objectives:

Vocational Education and Training
1) 2020 Council Recommendation on VET / New EQAVET Framework
FORMA.Azione works with the objective to boost the effectiveness of vocational education and training with reference to labour market needs, with a strong focus on improving quality assurance and the cooperation among different stakeholders.
Digital Education Action Plan (2021-2027)
1) Enhancing digital skills and competences for the digital transformation
FORMA.Azione works on developing basic digital skills and competences from an early age and specifically on digital literacy, including tackling disinformation, and for ensuring that girls and young women are equally represented in digital studies and careers.

Communication Activities: Adult Learning and Education / Social inclusion
- Publication of an outreach strategy, a Toolkit for self-assessment of transversal competences as well as of a guideline for developing tailored training activities on the personal, social and learning to learn competence, all addressed to adults with low qualification - Erasmus+ MASTER project (www.master-project.it/en).
- Planning and developing of capacity building action for ALE providers in Italy, aimed at assuring the quality of their provisions in Guidance services, Reaching out and active engagement of adults in both education and validation processes, VNFIL, Soft and basic skills for inclusion and active citizenship – training sessions for managers and trainers (2021), Peer Review activities (2021 to 2022) - Erasmus+ KA3 ONE (https://www.adult-learning.eu)
- Publication of an outreach strategy, a Toolkit for self-assessment of key/transversal competences for unemployed women who are dedicating most of their time and efforts to the role of mother and who are in need to (re) join education activities and the job market - Erasmus+ Forward Looking project MOVE-UP (www.motherhoodskills.eu)
- Activities for mapping, engaging and favouring the cooperation among stakeholders in order to improve the implementation of the Upskilling Pathways initiatives - Erasmus+ Forward Looking project PARTNER UP (partnerup-project.eu)

Gender Equality
- Design and development of specific campaign, hackathon, MOOC and online repository addressing media literacy and gender equality, with the aim of shedding lights on the phenomenon of gendered disinformation and violence in social media - CREA MEDIA project GenderED(https://www.gendercoalition.net)
- Realisation of an awareness-raising campaign to work for better Gender Equality by investing in Early Childhood Education and Care,design - REC BEYOND project (https://beyond-equality.eu)
- REC project GET-UP (http://www.getupproject.eu/), set up and launch of an Awareness Raising Campaign and development of the first European Minimum Standard of Competences on Gender Equality (EMSC) targeting professionals intervening in transition phases
Vocational Education and Training
- Erasmus+ KA2 project QUANTUM (https://www.quality-networks.eu), launch of a capacity building process for stakeholders in the Umbria Region (IT): realisation of an online event, including representatives of VET providers, social partners and local public authorities; in-presence training of the Quality Network members on how to set up a VET Quality Network for the Region
- Erasmus+ KA2 project DIGITAL PEER REVIEW: cooperation with Peer Review expert and stakeholder to adapt the existing methodology to the new needs emerging from Digital and Green Transition
Digital Education Action Plan (2021-2027)
In the framework of the Erasmus+ KA3 IN-EDU project (https://in-eduproject.eu/library.html):
- publication of Lesson Plans and resources about how to address MIL topics and challenges with secondary school curricula;
- planning and organisation of the International Event “SOCIAL HACKTIVISM ACROSS EUROPE. Media and Information Literacy Education for responsible and active citizenship” (June 2021);
- design and coordination at transnational level of CIVIC Hackathons in Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy and Slovenia by engaging student aged 15 to 19 and communities in innovative non-formal activities, aimed to enhance their media literacy skills and critical thinking and to empower them to be active citizens;
- design and organisation of an online event to learn about the Civic Hackathon format and its impact on MIL competences for students and teachers. The event was included in the Programmes of the EWRC 2021 and the UNESCO MIL Week 2021;
- development of Policy recommendations to facilitate the transfer and adoption of the IN-EDU engagement programme.
