Goals: PTK’s long-term assignment is to negotiatiate collective agreements on behalf of its member organisations with regard to: pensions and insurance, agreements on transition, health and safety at work matters, training programmes for employee’s representatives on company boards. PTK is also representing its member organisations developing labour market policies and legislation on the national and European level.

Communication Activities: PTK has published several articles, (mainly in national newspapers) and conducted several seminars in order to influence the above mentioned proposals. Representatives of the PTK have also had meetings with numerous parliamentarians at the European Parliament and representatives of the European Commission.
