Mission & Interests

Goals: Ukrainian Prism is a Ukrainian nongovernmental think tank Foreign Policy Council "Ukrainian Prism" the goal of which is to participate in providing democratic ground for developing and implementation of foreign and security policies by government authorities of Ukraine, implementation of international and nation-wide projects and programs, directed at improvement of foreign policy analysis and expertise, enhancement of expert community participation in a decision-making process in the spheres of foreign policy, international relations, public diplomacy. In February 2023 the think tank registered its Brussels Office under Belgian law as VZW Ukrainian Prism Europe

Communication Activities: Since formal registration in February 2023, Ukrainian Prism Europe has conducted a wide number of public expert events, devoted to above-mentioned EU policies. For instance as a lead partner in NGO consortium, our organization has hosted five public debated on specific priorities of the Eastern Partnership Policy: - Mission Possible? Accountable Institutions, the Rule of Law and Security in the Eastern Partnership (http://prismua.org/en/eap_rule_of_law/) - Environmental and climate resilience in the Eastern Partnership region (https://shorturl.at/sKTX8) - Resilient digital transformation in the Eastern Partnership region (https://shorturl.at/bcMOY) - Resilience of Civil Societies in the Eastern Partnership Countries (https://shorturl.at/mwZ14) - Together for resilient, sustainable, and integrated economies in the Eastern Partnership region (https://shorturl.at/hJXZ4) In partnership with Members of the European Parliament, Ukrainian Prism has organized an expert event on European defense industries and prospects of cooperation with Ukraine and a debate on the EU as a target for Russian information manipulation campaigns. Cooperating with the EU officials, Ukrainian prism is creating a set of texts and video-explainers about the structures and function of the European Institutions for Ukrainian audience (European Peace Facility, European Parliament, etc.)
