Main EU Legislative Proposals: We are mainly involved in issues related to payments, cybersecurity and competition issues. In the weeks and months to come, we will advise and assist our client in defending the payment industry interests on the following files: The revised Payment Package (PSR and PSD3) and all delegated acts and the digital euro draft regulation. We will be drafting position papers, amendments and, hopefully meet relevant members of the ECON committee.
Communication Activities: No campaign or event is planned at this stage given the very rapid pace with which the ECON committee is working on these files.
