Goals: LMPF represents and defends the rights of trade union members. Actively participates in tripartite coordination of interests and cooperation, solving social, economic and labour issues, also participates in solving social and labour issues and disputes.

training of trade union representatives and employees; periodically organize conferences, seminars, forums etc.
