Indem sie ihr Wissen und ihre Erfahrungen mit Unternehmen und Institutionen austauschen, schaffen sie einen großen Mehrwert. EWMD inspiriert und hilft Frauen, Männern und Organisationen, sich stärker an der Vielfalt zu orientieren und aufgeschlossener zu sein, und trägt dazu bei, eine neue Karrierevision für Frauen und Männer zu schaffen und zu entwickeln.
