Goals: The European Travel Commission (ETC) represents the national tourism organisations of Europe. Its members work together to build the value of tourism across diverse European destinations through cooperation in best-practice sharing, market intelligence, advocacy and promotion. The organisation represents national tourism boards from 35 European countries, including 26 EU Member States. ETC strives to position Europe as the most competitive, sustainable, and inclusive travel destination by 2030.

Communication Activities: On 27 June 2023, ETC organised, in partnership with Euronews, an event in Brussels entitled "Destination Europe Summit". The event gathered industry leaders, policymakers, destinations and other travel stakeholders to discuss critical issues for the EU tourism ecosystem, such as post-pandemic recovery, Europe’s competitiveness and sustainable transformation.
